My recent experience of selling a property with West Wales Properties was extremely positive. Of the three estate agents who viewed and valued the property, Lynda Griffiths was the closest on our expected valuation. She was proven correct when we received an offer at the asking price within a couple of weeks of the property being launched onto the market.
Lynda is delightful to work with. She knows her market like no other and prepares highly professional viewing details, She has a strong team to back her up who are always ready to show prospective buyers around.
