***** has lied to my face on several occasions with regards to unpaid rent to myself from them. They have now entered the lettings part of their business into 'voluntary insolvency'. They are still operating the sales part of their business out of the same premises but have shut up shop until the 12th October. One can only assume that they have done this so that other irate landlords can't get hold of them. Steer clear of this company at all costs!
