They used to be called student digz, now student haus (to escape bad reviews) and they are instrumental in ruining student life in Manchester and Salford. They are disrespectful crooks that will never provide maintenance, lie and steal at every given moment. I beg of anyone looking at these reviews to never go with Student Haus.
They are absolutely horrendous and still owe me money! They will pretend they are not in the office to avoid their tenants, and lie to their landlords also. Disgusting properties, normally not the landlords fault! Purely student haus' incompetence.

Moved in to a house september 18' to find we had no fridge door, the freezer didn't work, it was infested with rats and rubbish outside, it was sticky and dusty looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months, we were then left a month with no fridge/freezer and oven and have only after two months received a working microwave. There is no contact number and if you do finally get in touch with them they try and tell you its not their responsibility and they don't know who is in charge. It appears the landlord in unaware of this awful service and it is very sad that we have had to start our year in this appealing condition of a house. We have not been reimbursed for our many problems and and still fighting to resolve our issues. DO NOT GO WITH STUDENT HAUS.

Please avoid this "company" like the plauge.
They honestly do know care about anything but themselves. They have no morals.
The owners must be selfish and money hungry. Devoid of all human emotion. Total odd balls.
House is disgusting. Furniture all broken and filthy. Beds filthy. My son is now depressed after dealing with these monsters.
All they want is your money and to provide no service at all.
You can't phone them as they are to scared to talk to you and they can't be bothered.
