Beginning with Lee Francis. Lee attended my property and was thoroughly professional, had a wealth of knowledge, was direct, well informed and immediately, it was very easy to understand why he is one of the best Estate Agents in Worcester. He took photographs of the house which really complimented the property aesthetically, these were professional, well laid out and I was extremely happy with the overall service. I would thoroughly recommend Lee. He was fair, honest and there was no blather. just what you need when you need to sell your property. Thank you Lee for the great service!

Dawn Hancox is the person to go to when you are stressed. Selling a house is not easy and Dawn took all the stress away by helping with her straight talking, professional words. She was always 'on the case', always ready to help and just a fantastic support the whole way through the transaction. There is no better person to put your trust in, so if you are looking for someone to carry the load and take you through from start to finish, Dawn is the woman to do this! She gave an excellent service and is an asset to Shelton and Lines.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Complaints Procedure

IN-HOUSE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Stage One
If you think, after speaking with the local Branch staff, that your complaint has not been resolved, you are invited to make a formal complaint in writing by email or letter. Please provide a written summary of your complaint and address it to our Head Office, Shelton & Lines, 37 Droitwich Road, Worcester WR3 7LG – [email protected]. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days of being received. The Branch Sales/Lettings Manager will make contact with you to discuss the matter further prior to launching a full investigation. Upon completion of the investigation, you will be advised of the outcome in writing within 14 working days of receipt of the original complaint.
Stage Two
If, after a full investigation, you feel that your complaint remains unresolved, you may refer the matter to a Director who will personally conduct a separate review of your complaint. You will receive an acknowledgement from the Director within 3 working days and a full response within 14 working days.
If you remain dissatisfied, after completing the above steps you can then contact The Property Ombudsman to request an independent review: 0330 440 1634 - Ombudsman Services, P.O. Box 1021, Warrington, WA4 9FE.
