Beware of the all inclusive package that they market. They play up the supposed benefits ie fixed solicitors fees (shop around, reasonably priced conveyancing fees can be found locally) and they gloss over the down sides of these contracts ie Hefty fees even if they don\'t sell your property . Bradleys seriously under performed for us.... We refurbished the house & dropped our price from their initial valuation, even so we only had one viewing. They would not allow us switch to a more convential service of a percentage rate of the selling price, that most estate agents offer. In the end we were forced to give a months notice & pay admin cots of £600, before using another estate agents. Although they were pleasant enough when they wanted our business this veneer soon wore off & they took the "like it or lump it" approach & were rude.
What agent could do to change your mind?
