Terrible experience, extremely unprofessional - Agent never brought requested paperwork, keys for garage and was clearly uninterested in showing us around. Regardless I still applied for let, offering an additional £50 pcm, I was told the landlord decided to go with the lower offer pcm, which I found strange; Agent never responded to say she had received the relevant paperwork I had scanned and emailed, so hard copies were also provided - in short, total waste of time & lack of faith the landlord had even been contacted with my application, in my opinion. Any prospective landlords, I personally would avoid using this company, if you want the best rental value pcm.
