When committing to the house viewing session on Saturday, we expect the viewing will be smooth. However, due to the incompetence front staff and the representatives sent to assist us, the viewing turned into a bad day.

We supposed to meet the agents at Stephenson Court, Slough at 2.15 pm, but nobody turned up to assist us. When contacted, the front staff insist that somebody is inside the property waiting for us. This led to the bad decision because by following the instruction its mean we have to leave our car for a very short period in order to confirm the front staff instruction. Within 5 minutes space, we ended up to pay one of the \'expensive car park rate\' at GBP70 per visit. Normally we always wait for the representative to arrive so they can provide us with the temporary parking permit.

Things not improve because the representatives only turn up after 20 mins. The unpunctuality, plus the lack of knowledge, and the failure to bring the complete set of keys make the the viewing for of the property cannot be completed.

Next time, just instruct your helpful agent to turn up early or give us the proper instruction regarding the parking problems.
