Very poor service. Management my apartment block in very central Manchester - the building is their 'flagship' building. Walls inside are utterly filthy - rarely if ever painted. Carpets are vile - highly stained. There are broken lights. Chipped paint and plaster on corners of walls throughout the building. Until recently, the property has been a home for the homeless too, with easy access for them via the basement car park. The lift is painted a vile red, stained and chipped as it hasn't been painted for years. The place is run down inside and out, with a roof that we are having to foot a probable £200k bill for, because there is no sink fund! This is despite us all paying approx £180 PER MONTH to Revolution. Communication is evasive (being generous) with many questions lacking proper answers. Have asked for detailed accounts, for them to go above and beyond 'industry standards' and have been denied fuller, detailed accounts. Have asked for accounts for years other than this year, but they say they do not have to provide these. A good managing agent would willingly provide them. Overall a poor, poor company.

Extoritionate. £180 a month service charge. Do not even get concierge or gym or swimming pool. They don't even paint inside the building.
