I was called by a staff by the name of Abdul, to schedule a viewing of a property. The person started asking me about the usual stuff move in date, and who to move in with, but next asked me if I have a job and what is my annual salary. I told him I am currently working in a company but I am not comfortable sharing my annual salary. He then insisted this is mandatory information to proceed. I told him the usual process is to get this via referencing process, and it starts with viewing. He then hangs up. What a rude customer service!

I had the misfortune to speak to a person called Reema. She consistently talked over me, never listening, and pushed for a deposit to merely ask the landlord whether an offer would be acceptable.
She was rude, mendacious and unprofessional in the extreme. I would give this agency a very wide berth!

Dear sir/madam, you have disguised your name so we are unsure if you are a customer of ours or not. Regardless, what you describe is not possible especially if you have a tenancy agreement, which protects your interest. If you are a genuine customer, you will have the branch details and the in-house complaints procedure to contact us. If you are not and this is a false review, it will not benefit you in the least. ...
