We bought our forever home through mandbridge and balment in May 2018. The chain was long and there were some issues with the house at the very end which could not be helped by anyone however, mansbridge and balment were great at liaising with us regularly and nothing was too much trouble.
They were very efficient in helping us get on with buying as soon as we could. When we had to pop in to store or call the staff were all very friendly and helpful and even though we occasionally had to talk to different members of staff they always got back to us when they said they would promptly.
They all seemed genuine and friendly at all times - at no time did I ever feel an inconvenience or that they were too busy to give me the best service. Thankyou all very much!
