This estate agent never valued my property for over 3 months
I was waiting and waiting for an email or phone call about it that I never received
Angela at this branch spoke on a way at me like she owned my property when clearly she does not and as for Richard why did you take photos for the sizes of the rooms and that is all
I have other reviews for other estate agents to
When working with the public an estate agents job is to do just that there job and come back to a customer within a week for a valuation and to not leave it for months
I dread to think what happens to properties that they are selling will you be able to buy them or does this estate agent think they own them all and they are on rightmove zoopla and so on for just show
I have other reviews of estate agents in the area to write as well
Until this area of Barry gets more professional where the estate agents are concerned
I am warning other customers of the experience I have had and the weirdness of it all to
I want to dictate now and make it clear that
You are a shop to sell properties
You are supposed to go out to customers and look at the properties give your own personal advice and to supply the customer with a valuation
If the customer wants you as an estate agent representing themselves and the property that they own then you are obliged to take professional photographs and advertise that property at its best
I do clearly hope that knights estate agents gets more professional under the circumstances that I as a customer that wants them to work for me have experienced
Remember an estate agent works for a customer and the commission in itself is in its thousands
Knights clearly do not mind losing thousands by not doing there jobs wright

Unresponsive to requests for fixing maintenence problems, many times, for a long time. Full of excuses and slippery talk, never accepting responsibility or offering appologies for mistakes. Very defensive when dealing with any kind of complaint. Hard work and expensive....
