Very unethical business practice when aggressively pressuring tenants to accept charges to be held back from deposit. Claiming for work that is mot required, not on the inspection report and not the liability of the tenants. I am now seeking legal advice as I subsequently found that the director of southernbrook is also the main person in control of lettings and happens to be the director of the property maintenance company paid to carry out remedial works.
Comment on agent fees
I was guarantor for a tenant using southernbrook not a tenant.
