They seemed ok at first. But then the service got very shabby. Requests went unanswered and they made several mistakes on the status of our account. Needless to say that they were very good at hassling us when someone fell behind on payment, but sadly this enthusiasm evaporated once we required something.
We left our property in May 2009, and have still not received our sizeable deposit (it's now in the latter half of September - 3 1/2 months on). It's taken an awful lot of arguing to make them admit liability for their proposed delapidations (a scaled up toilet due to them not responding to our calls for two months), and we are now threatening legal action. However, we have still been told that our money is still over a week away. This alone suggests that they have rather serious cashflow problems, and I'd urge you to think twice about becoming involved with them.
