Be aware of very sneaky Leases that Marsh and Parsons offer for long let's. I agreed a three year lease, Marsh & Parsons took three years commission from the rent they received in the first 12 months, the tenant defaulted on the lease and moved out after 12 months, Marsh & Parsons refused to pay back the balance 2 years commission they took in the first 12 months, 1 year let and they took commission for 3 years. I was informed there is no way you will get back the balance 2 years commission that was deducted. They provide a tenant for one year and basically grabbed 3 years commission. I spent a substantial amount of money tailoring the needs of the tenant under the recommendation of Marsh & Parsons, new wooden floors etc. Because Marsh & Parsons would not return the 2 years commission the let that year was a total loss, they were made aware of this, but simply had no interest. Be very careful dealing with them, I personally will never deal with them again.
