After agreeing heads of terms with this agent, the landlord and his solicitor, this agent then solicited and negotiated a better deal for one of her existing clients to replace our offer. We had given notice on our existing offices and appointed solicitors to conclude, within weeks and move in. Do not trust this company, this has cost us quite a lot in losses as well as having to find new offices quickly at extra expense. I would give them a zero star if I could.
