These guys are more than just estate agents. Fantastic! My experience of estate agents is relatively limited but I would certainly recommend them. They recently assisted with the sale of my disabled fathers property. From the outset they have been extremely professional and knowledgable. Although the property sold within a matter of weeks there were many issues faced during the sale process down the chain. Without Johnathan there to keep us informed we would have often been left unaware of what was happening. There were many occasions where he was taking care of tasks or asking questions which should have been done by other parties involved in the sale (I.e the solicitors). We are all aware of these internet based estate agents where you may think that you are saving money or getting a good deal, but the fees were money well spent. In addition to this, due to the fact that my father is disabled there were some certain aspects of timing and the move itself which Johnathan understood, appreciated and assisted in facilitating an overall very successful move. I can't thank them enough! Brilliant!
Comment on agent fees
You may save some money with an online estate agent, but the small fee payable was money well spent and every penny was earnt by these guys. No online agent could provide this level of service. Fantastic!
