We purchased a buy-to-let flat through George in December 2017 and found him to be friendly, honest and exceptionally accommodating. He was 100% reliable and did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. The purchase dragged on a bit (because of both party's solicitors being slow and awkward), but George remained helpful throughout, even helping to chase the solicitors when we were away on business. And when George was occasionally busy or had a day off, Elizabeth was always there to step in to ensure a prompt response to emails or calls.
We are planning to use George and his team at the Canada Water office to let the flat going forward, which I think is probably the best 'review' of their service I can give. George is knowledgeable of the area and development, and I am confident he will find the right tenants and do a great job of managing the property going forward.
In short, I think George and Elizabeth are the sort of guys who give estate agents a GOOD name! Thanks guys, much appreciated.

Comment on agent fees
Agents fees for property lettings are pretty good. A little lower would of course be even better, but they are cheaper than many other agents locally and I'm confident will be worth every penny judging by the service provided so far.
