Absolutely awful company - never do they get around to getting things sorted - we waited months for a new sofa - it didn't end up coming - they charged us for blinds that had already been used before in the house by the previous tenant ... they also took £330 from our deposit... never have I been charged so much from a housing agency - absolute crooks !! DO NOT GO HERE... I'm sure they market themselves as a student place so that they can rob students blind with their unreasonable charges... I will be taking this further. Chose another Agency - they are completely incompetent, unfair and unreasonable.. Oh and try to ring them ... expect a call back NEVER... One star is too much - If you experience these crooks stealing your deposit - go to the DPS !!

Unprofessional company. Don't care about tenants at all. Recognisable under names Coblock and Hancock and Bentley. Won't sort out any problems, just cause more issues, lie, do illegal actions, put the rent up without any reason....

100% would NOT recommend this company. My flat had a broken boiler, roof leaks, and mould the entire year which I complained about multiple times through emails and maintenance requests and nothing was fixed.
