My family and I have used Whitlock's Estate Agents on a number of occasions for the selling and rental of houses. Every time the service has been first-rate: professional, reliable and always to the utmost standards. A number of years ago my parents were struggling to sell their house through larger Estate Agents in the region, which was affecting their ability to purchase another property. As a result they turned to Whitlocks who managed to sell the property very quickly ensuring they could get the house they wanted. For a smaller firm to be able to achieve this over larger firms in the area is commendable and demonstrates the effectiveness of Whitlocks Estate Agents. Furthermore I personally used Whitlocks when I rented a house I owned for a number of years. This was my first experience in renting a house and Whitlocks smoothly guided my through the whole process and ensured I understood everything that was required. They found tenants for the property in a timely manner and managed everything to do with the rental themselves, leaving very little for me to do – another excellent experience off working with Whitlocks. On top of this when I decided to sell the property, it was evidently Whitlocks who I turned to again. My property was sold with minimal fuss and again Whitlocks ensured the whole process went through efficiently and quickly. Overall, these three experiences I have had with Whitlocks highlight the effectiveness of the firm ensuring customers get what they want in a professional manner. I would (and have) recommend others to use Whitlocks Estate Agents in the future as I believe they are one off the top, if not the top estate agent within the area.

The customer service at Whitlocks is at utmost standards. This is reflective across all the staff at Whitlocks but particular praise should be given to Natasha Whitlock whom dealt with the sale of my parents' house, and also with the rental and subsequent sale of my own property. Natasha worked tirelessly on all occasions, most importantly finding buyers/tenants very quickly so that other interests weren't lost. Natasha made the process of home selling a lot easier, and her friendly and professional demeanour put me at ease throughout. She provided regular updates on all occasions, ensuring I was always aware of what was going on taking a lot of the stress out the process. There was no point where I felt my interests weren't being looked after which is credit to Natasha and her team. Overal an excellent, couteous and professional individual.
