Unhelpful, rude. Take your money but don't offer much of a service. Have to be chased to send out lettings contracts and when they finally get round to it contract not sent until after the date on the contract expires! Overall: slack!

What agent could do to change your mind?
They have responsibility to both landlords and tenants. However it seems they only care for those that will bring more business to them.
