We just have gone through mydeposits.com protection scheme to get our deposit back from them.
After living in an apartment for 4 years they have tried not just to withhold our deposit but charge us hundreds of pounds extra for completely unjustified reasons.
I have never dealt with such terrible people. They are rude and fraudulent. They also refused to give us the landlord details (which they are legally obligated to), as they act without their consent.
Please avoid them, I really hope nobody has to go through what we had to, but if you do have to use them, make sure to document everything with dated photos, as they will try anything to take your money.
