Absolutely fantastic service from this small company! We were involved in the chain from hell & Lynne was the angel to pull us out. All other agents involved (circa six) other companies including several national provided pitiful service and response in comparison to the dedicated team at Avon..

Extremely disappointed with the level of service we received,when our tenants stopped paying their rent.

The agents fees are standard. However, after all our hassle he could have offered to refund us a proportion of the final fee.
