After checking out several agents and after temporarily listing with another local agent we moved our property to Loddon and are so happy we did. They took all the stress out of our sale, promptly keeping us updated about viewing appointments by phone and then by email and called us as soon as 'the offer' came in and after we accepted Pedro kept us fully updated throughout the 'progression' stage and has helped time and time again with any issues, nothing has been too much trouble. !! Zara was also amazing and undertook most of the viewings, one day I was running behind and I think had also misunderstood the time of the appointment, doorbell rings... Its Zara all ready for the viewing in 5 minutes, meanwhile Im panicking and cleaning like crazy. Within seconds Zara was buzzing round helping me do the last little bits of polishing, hiding the hoover and mop out of site, fluffing the pillows. This was just one of the little 'loddon differences' which make it very easy to recommend them to friends and anyone looking to sell their property.

We took advantage of the online offer, which meant paying in advance, but the market was buoyant at the time, so we were fairly certain the house would sell. It was a very competitive price for an agent who proactively sells your property rather than just listing online.
