Terrible, terrible agent. Does not seem to have a clue about what he is doing. Accepted deposit, completed all checks, and then less than a day before moving - informed me "sorry this is not going to happen, owner changed his mind" - this after a daily call, email and text to find out if there are any problems, and why haven't I received my contract and move in confirmation. Really, really poor experience. Would not recommend to anyone.
