We have had a nightmare with MCR properties and I would advise nobody to rent anything from them.
Our toilet broke on a Friday night, we could get hold of anybody until 10:30 am the next morning. three different people took down our details and promised to phone us back and nobody got back to us, we were ignored and left with a toilet we could not use for the whole weekend. I phoned again on Monday morning and they deemed our situation not an emergency and the handymen only come out to emegencies after 5pm and on the weekend and fobbed us off with other stuff and told us someone would be round that day. Nobody showed up until 4:30pm and then it was finally fixed but with no apology. it was a complete joke.
