I have been really impressed with a member of staff I haven\'t come across before, Becky Bolan. Wow , how efficient ! She took a very professional , no nonsense approach to all our dealings and those of the tenants ! This was fantastic and she has instilled in me the confidence to leave her to it and what a great result ! She always returns my calls and responds almost immediately to emails. I am never left on hold with Becky and this means a lot when rushing about with a million things to do . I have nothing but praise for her great service.
