These people expect the rent to be paid on the dot every month without any tolerance for 1 working day. If they don\'t receive it then they start hassling you SEVERAL times a day chasing the rent payment. Someone should explain to them that rent does not always turn up on the exact day every month!
What agent could do to change your mind?

Totally agree your point! These people probably never been to university and have no idea how student loan works. They would not give you one single extra day and charge you ridiculous amount of money if your payment was delayed. Firstly, they fine you with a "late penalty charge" of 30 pounds, then they charge you 15 pounds each for EVERY call and letter they sent to you in addition to the 2 pounds you'll be paying them per day after the payment day. They value money more than anything, have absolutely no manners towards their customers. Staff are very forgetful and unprofessional. Strongly recommend anyone who are stuck with them to record everything you've discussed otherwise they will insist that they've never said the things they have and make you look like some unreliable tenant who is lying to get your money back. They do everything in their own interest more than anyone else's and that means money, money and more MONEY.

What a ridiculous complaint, of course the rent should be paid on the same day every month. Unless you are too stupid to set up a standing order.
