I would certainly never visit this agent again. The staff are plain rude and don't listen to what you have to say. Selling my house was a nightmare, you ring and get no answer. Asked for a call back but never got one. Not only do you never get spoken to but they seem to never update you with any feedback or information about the sale. They clearly over price just to get business as my property got reduced by 10 grand.

I am very sorry to read this feedback and I am not aware of the issues described in this comment during this period. We are open 7 days a week and have a full compliment of staff, wherever possible we try to answer every call that comes in, during busy times if we miss a call then we have a target to respond on the same day. We do not over value properties and have a policy of advising against this, as a trusted local estate agent we have many hundreds of very happy clients throughout Gloucester.
