Well having read the previous reviews i'm not surprised i'm experiencing the issues i am. Cleary reputations means nothing to this company and its only unfortunate that my neighbour that has used them to manage her properties rental otherwise i would never engage with them.
As previous complaints they don't respond to your calls, no sense of urgency. Been trying to get repairs done caused by current tenant but getting absolutely no where. Avoid using them at all cost, they don't care about you or your property.

Fair and upfront. No sudden extras added on in the final statement! The fees were very reasonable compared to other quotes I had and this agent definitely earned it!
