Very bad experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this company at all costs. The owner, Mr Abdul Atta, entered the property without authorisation, took pictures of my personal possessions, refused my attempt to make a formal complaint, threatened me with eviction if I escalated matters to Camden Council or the Police, and then threatened to sue me for slander. These are all facts for which I have written evidence. Since I am under threat already, I will not say any more about the specifics. Instead, I would say this: I have undergone 10 months of high-dose chemotherapy for cancer and 28 general anaesthetics for operations to my spine, and I would say that making the mistake of renting from AA Property Services was a worse experience for me personally than either of those other experiences. (As with other reviews, I would expect the owner to reply claiming everything has been fabricated.)

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
