Very disappointed.
A bad service with a low responsiveness coming with defective equipment.
We need to deal with a faulty boiler during this winter and were really willing to believe in the good faith of the agency to help us to solve this. This last from December to May! Every week we experienced issue in our property, in the same street as their office. We always pay our rent in due time and full. Leaving us all this time without heating, hot water, refusing to change the faulty washing machine which was alternatively damaging our clothes made this an horible experience.
Giving notice, I decided to leave this property, couple days after they dare to make a fake statement even with pictures I did not recognize to charge me up! My only way out was to call the authorities.
