Would have given a 0 if possible. Have been living for one year renting from them and everything has been handled awfully from start to finish. Would highly recommend avoiding this company as they are extremely slow to sort any issues out if at all and will do their utmost to avoid any conversation or discussion about fixing problems. Very disappointed with the service.

This property is directly above our office in Cathays approximately two minutes walk from the flat. Any and all requests were certainly dealt with as quickly as possible. We always recommend joint tenants communicate with each other to keep themselves updated on matters of their tenancy. Tenants are always welcome to come in person to our office and discuss requirements / problems, or by e mailing as usual.

Very disappointed with Barbara Rees estate agent in Pontypridd, didn't get back to us regarding if we were successful or not with rental property, even though we said we were very interested.....their loss...
