The team made my cross country move so much easier for me. i felt they burden shared and their sincerirty was truly appreciated and I felt they looked out for me in helping me resolve problems. They were polite, respectful and patient as i had several set backs and they were both in regular contact following things through but without pressure. The girls at the helpdesk after i moved in - Ellis, Natalie and Lousie are great too! A round of applause for them all! Im happy in my new home!

Comment on agent fees
Hard to answer, fees are never enjoyable but necessary! I guess this why we get such a good all round service . In that - they are worth it.
