Viewed one property with pattinsons. Told them I would phone if interested in taking it to rent. Received phonecalls from two different staff leaving 5 voicemails each one repeating what they said. Would think they would have the common sense to take a hint I was clearly not interested. After eventually calling them back inbetween my busy lifestyle they were very rude, bad customer service skills and hung up on me when asked to delete my number from their system. Would not recommend them to anyone. If they pester you constantly before accepting a property would hate to think how they treat existing tenants!! Disgraceful!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Apologise for the constant phonecalls. Improve communication so only one member of staff phones. Improve customer service skills! Even better staff training or new staff!!
