Paul helped us to both buy and sell our property. His kindness, patience, honesty and integrity are just some of the qualities that reassure and encourage us to use him and Fine & Country as our agent. We bought our house in Englefield Green through Paul some ten years ago. Very quickly he got to know exactly what we were looking for and found the perfect 'do-er upper' for us. Paul had listened very carefully to our requirements and didn't waste our time in taking us to houses that wouldn't suit. We renovated the house and after many happy years there we were ready to sell to move nearer to our son's new senior school. We contacted Paul straight away and two other agents for price comparison. Paul had quoted us a good, realistic price and a competitive commission rate, but unfortunately, and mistakenly, we were influenced by the promise of higher prices and a perceived greater national coverage. After wasting several months with the other agents, we came back to Paul who promptly sold the property at the price we were looking for! He brought only serious buyers for viewings and again, seemed to understand his clients' needs, therefore not wasting our or their time.
I have recommended Paul to many friends and he has been very successful in helping them to achieve the best prices for their houses. His calm, sensible, diplomatic communication skills have kept many negotiations on track when they could have easily failed in the face of the high emotions of buyers and sellers! Paul also helped us when looking for a buy-to-let property. His industry knowledge is impeccable and we would wholeheartedly recommend his services.
