I have rented through Mortimers for 5 years and have found them unfailingly friendly and people who will go out of their way to be helpful. Emergencies are dealt with extremely promptly e.g. burst water main - reported at 5.30pm - plumber out later that evening to make it safe, and pipe repaired within 48 hours - central heating breakdown in December; emergency heaters supplied same day and boiler replaced within a week! They are always courteous and someone is always available to answer the phone. They give more than adequate notice of management visits etc. I can't recommend them highly enough, what a contrast with other agents I have dealt with in the past.

This certainly not the case, first of all the branch above (57 London Street) is for Lettings which we sold in January and is not a branch we used for block management. Second there is no mention of a block here or anything specific, so frankly I consider this comment as mischievous. We use independent contractors that have been properly vetted and are known for their quality of work.
