I booked a day of viewings in the Rye area with Martyn Stubbs. I was looking for a development project to turn into a high class holiday let. Martyn could not have been more helpful and was a mine of information about the local area, planning issues, etc. We viewed four potential properties that met my criteria. I put an offer in on one but unfortunately it was rejected. However, Martyn continues to keep me informed of all possible properties coming on to the market that meet my criteria.
