Our experiences with Ryder and Dutton have been very good throughout the process of selling our property. The initial evaluation process was carried out by the branch manager and the photos / documents produced were of a high-quality. One point to note here is that the text was sent for approval before publication but importantly they were more than happy to make several alterations and inclusions suggested by us. The branch manager also seemed realistic about property values in the current climate and this was useful for us in setting our expectations.
Arrangement of viewings etc was always carried out with a good deal of efficiency, and there was no real lack of activity which goes a good way to thinking they got the marketing correct. Our contact was always very positive with the agent and we were always kept appraised of any activity very quickly. Offers were communicated rapidly and we feel we were given good advice here. The service continued right through to handover and the agent was even useful in speeding things along with the solicitors by keeping a channel of communication open with the purchasers.
Overall, a very positive experience and we wouldn't hesitate in using them again.
