Unfortunately this company have been employed to manage the block where I own a flat. If I could give them a 0 then I would. Absolutely shocking service, Management totally incompetent, rude, unhelpful and seemingly do as close to nothing as they can for the money. They ignore most emails and calls, will not answer even simple questions about what random things are that they have added to our bill yet still expect us to pay, promise meetings that never take place, will not supply ANY detailed information on work that is planned but then write to say we will be getting an additional bill to cover the works (on top of approx. £1500 of service charge we are currently paying and the thousands and thousands of pounds we have paid for years with very little work being done to the block and when the block does not even have any outside gardens to maintain!) Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please take your business elsewhere!
