I rented a flat and had the worst experience imaginable. They threatened me with false ‘laws' and would insist on viewings and ‘inspections' frequently. When there was an issue which I needed fixing e.g boiler or leak in toilet – they would take absolutely ages and it would take multiple phone calls before someone would be sent out. They also charge absolutely ridiculous amount of money for everything. There are plenty more estate agencies in Peterborough; I would strong advise you to go to a different one or you may also find yourself writing a review at the end of your tenancy agreement. Good luck.

There is a fee for almost everything the estate agency does. There are several agencies in Peterborough who do not have unreasonable charges like kenneally do.
