This is by far the most unorganised agency company I have ever gone through. Myself and my friend were told we got this 6 bedroom flat for next year. As students we were very excited to hear we had gotten this flat. However we were told we had to pay this £900 referencing fee. I asked twice what this fee was and what it was for the week before we met with the agency. Each reply he avoided my question and kept telling the price again. This greedy company does not care about helping their customers.
At the meeting Matt was rude, aggressive and forceful for us to pay this fee. But additionally he did inform us we were able to do the reference thing ourselves and gave a list of what all we needed. As the 'referencing fee' is only to do rough background checks on our banking history and so on. He told us we needed this done for the next day. Yet this would have been impossible to get credit checks, landlord references and so on. To add to that a document he gave to us said we had at least seven days to sort the reference out. He did not tell us that.
Now, a day after our meeting myself, my flatmates and our families have all given up our time to find every document for this. But to then get an email saying we no longer have the flat. With no reason?

Would like to thank Laura and the Team for finding me a great tenant within 5 days of going live with them. I took a back seat whilst Castle organised everything. Great Company and will definitely use again. Thanks guys.

Worst agency ever! Agent didn't came on viewing TWICE! And then they told me they don't want to work with me cuz I didn't go on the 3rd viewing , and the only reason for that was they gived me the wrong address...
