Operating as a landlord. Found the rental department and customer service to be terrible. Often took more than a week to pass on tenants rent, did not supply any detail of charges until deducted rent was paid, argumentative and extremely unhelpful agent who have used overpriced contractors to carry out work. Avoid avoid avoid!

As a tenant, I found the agents extremely unhelpful and rude and all they want to do is keep your deposit and are willing to lie to do so. I cannot strongly enough tell people to avoid Laurie and Co, they are the worst!...
