As you are aware the property you vacated recently was not managed by ourselves and your security deposit is registered under your landlords scheme where we have no access to initiate the return.
We understood the landlord was out of the country with limited access to his emails, yet we enquired to your landlord on your behalf regarding the costs to put forward for dilapidations.
Once we had received a response, the correspondence to you was polite and our team member asked "Please confirm whether you are happy with the deductions, if you do not agree and there is a price you would be willing to put forward, I can then make negotiations with the landlord"
Unfortunately your response was to leave a review shortly afterwards, we can't quite fathom out the reasoning behind it, although more than willing to listen.
