Please do not use this estate agents . We constantly had to chase them and as we were re locating up to Cumbria this was a constant problem . And then weeks after the sale they told us we owe them £400 this was not our fault it was the solicitor who haybrook recommend to us wake smith . They had calculated the figure wrong . Haybrook threatened to take us to court if we did not pay it . Although they did tell us this was clearly not our fault but was the solicitors fault as they are the experts . We have paid the money but feel deeply let down by this branch . Please do consider carefully about using them and there recommend solicitor wake smith
