Very poor customer service. Fiona is very rude and when they had received my nearly £2,000 for selling my house and it was securely in their bank account, she telephoned me telling me off, telling me my solicitor was in the wrong and talking over me. I asked to talk to her manager but I couldn't as he was just leaving the office and was busy for the next few days. He was not too busy when He was signing me up to sell the house. I was told I would easily get my asking price when I signed, I did not and I took a good sized drop in the asking price, but that was not the issue. The issue was, they were very pleasant, fall over themselves to help attitude whilst signing and then you just feel like a nuisance. Then Fiona actually blocks you from talking to other members of staff. Not a pleasant experience and not as though they got such a high price for the property it was worth been reprimanded and told off like a naughty school child.

I was very concerned to ready your review. Firstly may I apologize on behalf of the company. I was not made aware of your concerns and complaint and we treat these very seriously, and have a thorough procedure. Sadly Fiona did not make me aware. I do not have your name but if you would like to call me I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you. If you had called back and asked for me or my Sales Manager we would have done everything possible to put things right. We are very proud that we have enjoined a 97% customer satisfaction rate for the last 5 years, and clearly we have let you down on the last leg of your journey with us. Fiona is no longer with the company and I would like to stress that had I known of your complaint and they way that you felt you had been spoken to I would have taken immediate action.
