I've rented from Monica & Jeff Lowe for over 3 years and have had no issues and have had a very positive experience. The flat has always been immaculately maintained and any small problems like a leaking tap dealt with efficiently and promptly. I've always found them very friendly and easy to deal with. I would throughly recommend them.

What agent could do to change your mind?
There's really nothing to be done except renovate these dilapidated, uninhabitable units and start over. The council seriously needs to take a look at this live and work loophole.Attached Filesnbsp;
