Rented a property last year with Annagram team. Several maintenance issues were not chased, in the end, the severity of the problems meant i had to terminate my contracts. I understand The qualtiy of the dwelling isnt the estate agents fault, but the customer service is extremely poor. They will not respond by letter, and insist on telephone calls, which doesnt provide any evidence in court. This company also broke the data protection act, and breeched their own contract on several occasions. Stay well away from these people. They are money orientated!
