Absolutely shocked about how I was treated by a member of staff. I viewed a flat on 6th June 2015, was completely ignored by the estate agent Natasha, who whenever I asked a question either did not reply or said she was conducting this viewing as a favour to a colleague, so could not answer any questions. Natasha got nastier and more aggressive every time she spoke. In affect she told me I couldn't get the flat as the person viewing at the same time as me said he wanted it first. I left and went home and within half an hour Natasha called me and said Look Marianne I'm sorry about the way things went, but it was fair to give the flat to the other person viewing, he said he wanted it first. I said I was never asked and that I had no problem with the gentleman getting the flat, it was the way I was ignored, not asked if I was interested and her aggressive tone that upset me. Natasha said Look I'm calling with an opportunity, the guy didn't get it because he doesn't earn enough. Do you want it? I then said I had some questions and she shouted Look, I'm not going to get into a conversation with you it's a yes or no question, DO YOU WANT THE FLAT? I replied I am sorry but I do not understand why you are talking to me like this this. She then proceeded to shout at me again saying Yes or no Marianne, it's a simple question! And I said, I will not be spoken to like this, no thank you and Natasha then hung up the phone. I told all this to the branch manager who on the call sounded concerned, however I never got a call back or an apology from Natasha. I asked the branch manager to listen to the call as Natasha had called from the office number. I have no idea if he took this up with her and I am disgusted that people can act like this in what is supposed to be a professional environment. I will never be using this Estate Agents again.
