The customer service from this letting agent is terrible. Poor communication, repeatedly having to chase up phone calls and emails as they have not been replied to. The property I rented was not as safe as I had expected as I discovered once I moved into the property with random extension cables for sockets and loose socket plates on the walls (multiple). The electrical safety of the property was poor. Amazingly despite the agreed condition of the property £50 was deducted from my bond simply because a couple of hooks had been put up for pictures despite the property already having lots of them. When this was queried I was told it was the walls needed to be filled sanded and painted....errrrm no, doubt it. I would seriously suggest that others use the various other agents in Selby as they have deserved 5* reviews. I can honestly say you should avoid this money grabbing shocking agent at all cost. Terrible!!!m
