I experienced a poor assistant branch manager and an unreachable branch manager. They made my purchase unncessarily stressful and disappointing. They come across as disorganised and not at all customer focused. Communication close to and after Exchange was extremely poor. The assistant told me that they don't believe that I was their customer. Would not recommend to buyers.
